Shipping and Returns

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Generally, your order will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks of the purchase. During busy seasons, the order may take a day or two beyond that. If your order has taken longer than three weeks, please contact us. We will contact you if we find any issues with your order - typically from wrong addresses. Keep in mind, depending on your location and the shipping option selected, the timing might be different.  If you need and order rushed, contact us directly at order@stillintown.com

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping depends on your location, and the size of the order.

Do you ship overseas?

We can ship to most places in the world. If your location doesn't work on the check out page, contact us at order@stillintown.com, and we will do our best to help you find a shipping solution.

What about Returns?

We have a 14 day un-worn, un-washed, un-opened return after the delivery date. To return or exchange an item, please contact order@stillintown.com. Put either Return or Exchange in the subject line.

In the body of the email, have the name of the item as found on packing slip, and include an image of the item. Additional information like colour and size is also helpful. Please also include the reason for return.
